Russiagate is feitelijk over, maar Emailgate lijkt verder te gaan waar het stopte toen het Mueller-onderzoek op stoom kwam. Dat biedt heel interessante perspectieven richting USA2020.

Dit zou ook een verklaring kunnen zijn waarom Joe Biden zo lang wacht alvorens zich te kandideren voor USA2020. Over eventuele betrokkenheid van Biden zijn zelfs geen geruchten bekend, maar zijn associatie met Obama (als vicepresident) kan eventueel dodelijk zijn voor zijn kansen – en die van zijn partij. De naam van Obama begint namelijk al wel op te duiken.

As we reported on June 4, 2018, the US Senate released over 500 pages of information related to the Spygate scandal.  Hidden in the information were unredacted Strzok – Page texts that show the FBI initiated actions to insert multiple spies in the Trump campaign in December 2015.
We reported that according to far left LA Times, Comey stated in March of 2017 under oath that the FBI investigation into the Trump – Russia scandal started in July 2016.  Now we know without a doubt that Comey lied about this.

Dit is dynamiet. In december 2015 was Trump nog verre van zeker van de nominatie, maar dat het establishment hem niet moest was ook toen al een publiek geheim. Opnieuw roept dit in herinnering dat de hele operatie tegen Trump in de eerste plaats een verzekering van gevestigde belangen behelsde. In het verlengde daarvan is ook het bericht dat Hillary Clinton zonder serieus onderzoek werd vrijgesteld van verantwoording over betrokkenheid bij diverse zaken waarvoor gewone Amerikanen tot vele jaren cel werden veroordeeld. De naam Comey is hier de sleutel:

FBI Agent Peter Strzok and the DOJ’s David Laufman interviewed Clinton on July 2nd, 2016. She was not placed under oath nor recorded.  In attendance were David E. Kendall, Cheryl Mills, Heather Samuelson, Katherine Turner, Amy Saharia, two FBI agents, and six DOJ officials.
During the FBI interview, Hillary testified she didn’t know the big “C” meant classified during her testimony to the FBI, which then formed the basis for Comey’s decision to not charge Clinton criminally.

President Trump is nog geregeld bezig met het Steele-dossier, waarvan de wederwaardigheden een steeds vreemder achtergrond tonen. Dat dit dossier ooit als serieus materiaal werd beschouwd om een presidentiële campagne van een der grote partijen te kunnen bespioneren ziet er elke keer dat je er over leest nòg vreemder uit.

Dat dat ook samenhangt met de betrokkenheid vanuit het Ministerie van Justitie (DOJ) valt ook niet meer te ontkennen:

The Justice Department and Hillary Clinton’s legal team “negotiated” an agreement that blocked the FBI from accessing emails on Clinton’s homebrew server related to the Clinton Foundation, according to a transcript of recently released testimony from last summer by former FBI special agent Peter Strzok

Terwijl de daden van Clinton grensden aan hoogverraad:

The foundation has long been accused of “pay-to-play” transactions, fueled by a report in the IBTimes that the Clinton-led State Department authorized $151 billion in Pentagon-brokered deals to 16 countries that donated to the Clinton Foundation – a 145% increase in completed sales to those nations over the same time frame during the Bush administration.

Voorzichtig gezegd suggereert dit dat bij de verkoop van wapens niet het belang van de USA voorop stond, maar het percentage commissie dat de Clinton Foundation er voor ontvangen zou. Na hoogverraad lijkt dit me ook een economisch delict en bovendien fraude van een ambtenaar in functie. Want ook;

Adding to speculation of malfeasance is the fact that donor contributions to the Clinton Foundation dried up by approximately 90% over a three-year period between 2014 and 2017, according to financial statements.

NB, in 2014 nam Hillary Clinton ontslag als Secretary of State om zich aan haar presidentiële campagne te wijden. Vanaf 2017 was duidelijk dat ze niemand nog enige politieke invloed van belang te bieden had.

What’s more, Bill Clinton reportedly received a $1 million check from Qatar – one of the countries which gained State Department clearance to buy US weapons while Clinton was Secretary of State, even as the department signaled them out for a range of alleged ills,” according to IBTimes. The Clinton Foundation confirmed it accepted the money.
Then there was the surely unrelated $145 million donated to the Foundation from parties linked to the Uranium One deal prior to its approval through a rubber-stamp committee.

Overigens is Uranium One een apart schandaal, waarvan ik verwacht dat het pas na de val van HRC weer zal woren opgerakeld. Als ze tijd van leven heeft, hetgeen ook nog eens een puntje zu kunnen worden – ze weet tèveel van mensen die daar niet blij mee zouden zijn als ze voor het gerecht komen moest. Voorlopig:

“What’s bizarre about this, is in any other situation, there’s no possible way they would allow the potential perpetrator to self-select what the FBI gets to see,” said former Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz – former chair of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee until 2017 and current contributor to Fox News. “The FBI should be the one to sort through those emails — not the Clinton attorneys.” 

Maar uiteindelujk komt er toch schot in de zaak, kwamzaterdag naar buiten:

A federal judge ordered multiple senior Obama Administration officials, State Department officials and former Hillary Clinton aides Thursday to provide answers under oath to questions requested by Judicial Watch after a roughly four year court battle.

• March 14: Deposition of Justin Cooper, a former aide to Bill Clinton who reportedly had no security clearance and is believed to have played a key role in setting up Hillary Clinton’s non-government email system.
• April 5: Deposition of John Hackett, a State Department records official “immediately responsible for responding to requests for records under the Freedom of Information Act.”
• April 16: Deposition of Jacob “Jake” Sullivan, Hillary Clinton’s former senior advisor and deputy chief of staff.
• April 23: Deposition of Sheryl Walter, former State Department Director of the Office of Information Programs and Services/Global Information Services.
• April 26: Deposition of Gene Smilansky, a State Department lawyer.
• April 30. Deposition of Monica Tillery, a State Department official.
• May 7: Deposition of Jonathon Wasser, who was a management analyst on the Executive Secretariat staff. Wasser worked for Deputy Director Clarence Finney and was the State Department employee who actually conducted the searches for records in response to FOIA requests to the Office of the Secretary.
• May 14: Deposition of Clarence Finney, the deputy director of the Executive Secretariat staff who was the principal advisor and records management expert in the Office of the Secretary responsible for control of all correspondence and records for Hillary Clinton and other State Department officials.
• June 11: 30(b)(6) Deposition, which will be designated by the State Department.
• June 13: Deposition of Heather Samuelson, the former State Department senior advisor who helped facilitate the State Department’s receipt and release of Hillary Clinton’s emails.

To Be Determined

• As yet to be determined is the deposition date for Assistant Secretary for Diplomatic Security Eric Boswell, who wrote a March 2, 2009, internal memorandum titled “Use of Blackberries on Mahogany Row,” in which he strongly advised that the devices not be allowed.

Written questions under oath are to be answered by:

• Monica Hanley, Hillary Clinton’s former confidential assistant at the State Department.
• Lauren Jiloty, Clinton’s former special assistant.
• E.W. Priestap, who is serving as assistant director of the FBI’s counterintelligence division and helped oversee both the Clinton email and the 2016 presidential campaign investigations. Priestap testified in a separate lawsuit that Clinton was the subject of a grand jury investigation related to her BlackBerry email accounts.
• Susan Rice, President Obama’s former UN ambassador who appeared on Sunday television news shows following the Benghazi attacks, blaming a “hateful video.” Rice was also Obama’s national security advisor involved in the “unmasking” the identities of senior Trump officials caught up in the surveillance of foreign targets.
• Ben Rhodes, an Obama-era White House deputy strategic communications adviser who attempted to orchestrate a campaign to “reinforce” Obama and to portray the Benghazi consulate terrorist attack as being “rooted in an Internet video, and not a failure of policy.”

Vast staat, dat dit veel stof op zal doen waaien. Liegen is voor deze mensen niet langer een optie. Want alles wat ze zeggen zal onder de microscoop vergeleken worden met de getuigenissen van anderen voor of na hen. De gevolgen hiervna kunnen moeilijk worden overschat.
